I build La Voile’s brasserie notes from reservation scans, menu-change logs, by-the-glass pricing, and service-time benchmarks gathered across Back Bay and nearby Boston rooms. I’m early in my career, so I publish assumptions, rerun tastings, and refine scoring in public.
